                                                About Us 

The National Building and Marketing Company was established in the city of Riyadh as a limited liability company in 1420 AH  1999 AD   And then it was transformed into a closed Saudi joint stock company in the year 1434 AH - 2013 AD 3/9/1435 AH corresponding to 01/30/2014 AD. On 04/05/1438 AH corresponding to (02/01/2017 AD), the company’s capital was last increased to become (120,000,000) one hundred and twenty million Saudi riyals, divided into (12,000,000) twelve million shares, the nominal value of each share being ten (10) riyals. Saudi Arabia, all of which are ordinary shares.
